Return & Exchange Policy – EZZAH

At EZZAH, every abaya is carefully curated and inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns on any products once they are delivered.

Due to the nature of fashion products and hygiene standards, all purchases made on EZZAH are final sale unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any exchange request, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:
• Start before opening the package
• Clearly show the sealed package
• Show the entire unboxing process without cuts
• Clearly display the product and the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Product Condition for Exchange

The product must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags intact
• In original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

Once the issue is verified, our team will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

If the product is unavailable, we may offer:
• Store credit, or
• An alternative product of equal value.

Non‑Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Items without tags
• Products without an unboxing video
